About Us
The Potter Valley Youth & Community Center has proudly served the Potter Valley community since 1995. As a nonprofit organization and Family Resource Center. We are committed to supporting local youth and families through programs, services, and strong community partnerships. Through opportunities such as after-school enrichment, preschool programs, family resources, and community events, we strive to provide a safe and welcoming space where children can learn, families can find support, and our community can grow and thrive together.
In 2021, we expanded our efforts by launching Headwaters on Main, which is currently open for breakfast and lunch and serves as a welcoming gathering spot for community members. The space is also available to rent for meetings, celebrations, and other personal events.
PVYCC is grateful for the strong partnerships that help make our programs and services possible. We proudly work alongside many local organizations that share our commitment to supporting youth and families in our community. We extend our sincere appreciation to Potter Valley Schools, Potter Valley Parks & Recreation, the Potter Valley Rodeo Association, the Potter Valley Volunteer Fire Department, Redwood Community Services, First 5 Mendocino, The Community Foundation of Mendocino County, and the Family Resource Centers throughout Mendocino County for their continued collaboration and dedication to strengthening the Potter Valley community.

Mission Statement
To foster and promote the physical, mental, social, educational, vocational and character development of the greater Potter Valley area. To establish and maintain a drug free facility where a contribution to recreation, physical, social and educational needs of all community members are provided on a greater scope.
